1. Complaints about damaged goods:
• If a product arrives damaged, please report the complaint within three days using the complaint form provided on our website.
• Complaints via the general contact form will not be processed.
• Please attach photos of the damaged goods.
• Once we receive your complaint, you will receive a response with further instructions within 24 hours.
2. Return of incorrectly ordered products:
• Unopened products: For unopened and undamaged products ordered in error, you will receive a 100% refund of the purchase price.
• Opened products: For opened products ordered in error, we will refund you 50% of the purchase price.
• The shipping costs and return costs are to be borne by the customer.
3. Incorrectly shipped products by Zurixy.com:
• For products that were sent by us in error, you will receive a full refund (100%), even if the products have already been opened, provided the contents were not visible.
• For other incorrectly shipped but opened products, we will refund 50% of the retail price.
• In this case, the shipping costs and return costs will be borne by Zurixy.com.
